What is Sneakers For All?
Sneakers For All is an initiative dedicated to providing stylish and durable sneakers to the youth in Gosling Meadows, Portsmouth, NH. For many children, having the right footwear is essential not just for playing sports, but for feeling confident and staying active. Unfortunately, many families in this community cannot afford the high cost of quality sneakers. The B3 Youth Clinic is collaborated with Limited Hype, a local sneakers and clothing store founded and owned by two Portsmouth High School Alumni. During the timeline of this project, we were able to work with local restaurants and businesses along with the people of Portsmouth to reach our goal.
The Sneakers For All project was able to raise a total of $9,719.82 and sponsor 78 kids in the Gosling Meadows neighborhood for Christmas 2024! Through a combination of sneakers for our older youth and a variety of toys for our younger ones, we were able to bring smiles to the faces of our children and our volunteers.

October 2024
On October 14th, 2024, the Sneakers For All Project was launched to the public. We began to target our door-to-door fundraising as well as talk with local restaurants and businesses about collaboration events and sponsorships.
November 2024
In November, the B3 Youth Clinic was able to work with the youth and families of Gosling Meadows to figure out requests for sneakers and toys. Families provided the shoes sizes and colorways of their children along with their favorite toys if eligible based on age.
December 2024
With the information from our Gosling families, our partners at Limited Hype paired the perfect sneaker or toy for each child to ensure a Merry Christmas for all. On December 21st, 2024, the B3 Youth Clinic and Limited Hype will be giving out all of our Christmas present to the youth of Gosling Meadows!
Current footwaer
Unsupportive and Restrictive
As a result of not having sneakers, many of our youth play basketball in crocs, which are unsupportive and can cause damage to the child's feet. On top of that, crocs are usually made with dim and dull colors which does not allow our youth to express their style.
Low Quality
Because of the lower price, many of our youth can only play basketball in low quality footwear such as cheap slides. These are not only unsupportive, but have a short life as they are not meant for the high speed game of basketball.
