Who is a Part of the Project?
The Sneakers For All project is a united collaboration between the B3 Youth Clinic and Limited Hype. The B3 Youth Clinic is a initiative lead by high school students that connects our community through the game of basketball. The B3 Youth Clinic has worked with Mayor McEachern of Portsmouth, Governor Sununu, Portsmouth elementary schools and the high school, and many local organizations. The B3 Youth Clinic has also successfully lobbied and led design on a new basketball court renovation in Gosling Meadows where the program takes place. Our partners, Limited Hype, is a business founded and owned by two Portsmouth High School alumni, who have people around the seacoast gain access to luxury sneakers and clothing.
How Can You Help With Sneakers For All?
Your donations, no matter the size, are valuable and important to our cause and will change the lives of youth in our community. Whether you are able to donate to the project you can help us grow awareness, by sharing Sneakers For All to your friends, family, and neighbors around the Seacoast region. By spreading the word you are helping us gain support from more people who are looking to help a positive cause in their own community.
Current footwaer
Unsupportive and Restrictive
As a result of not having sneakers, many of our youth play basketball in crocs, which are unsupportive and can cause damage to the child's feet. On top of that, crocs are usually made with dim and dull colors which does not allow our youth to express their style.
Low Quality
Because of the lower price, many of our youth can only play basketball in low quality footwear such as cheap slides. These are not only unsupportive, but have a short life as they are not meant for the high speed game of basketball.
how can you help?
Donation Drop Boxes
If you are looking to help the Sneakers For All project, your first option of donating is to drop your contributions at the donation boxes in the Limited Hype Store. Limited Hype is located at 345 US-1 Unit P003, Kittery, ME 03904.
Go Fund Me Campagin
If you are not able to visit the Limited Hype store, you can still donate to the Sneaker For All project through our Go Fund Me Campaign. You can click the button below to navigate over to the Go Fund Me page.
Donation By check
If you are looking to make a donation with a check there are three steps that you must follow:
- The check must be written out to "Pinetree Institute". The Pinetree Institute is the fiscal agent of the B3 Youth Clinic and also a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. By donating directly to them, donors will also be eligible to receive tax write-offs, while still getting their donations to the B3 Youth Clinic.
- In the notes or memo section of the check, the donor must write "B3 Youth Clinic".
